Bob Broskey, Executive Chef Partner of Gus’ Sip & Dip, brings his culinary expertise from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where his passion for cooking was nurtured in a family of talented cooks. Broskey honed his craft in Chicago at renowned Michelin-starred restaurants like Ria and L2O before making a name for himself at Intro, where he earned recognition as one of Zagat’s “30 Under 30.”
Joining RPM Seafood in 2019, Broskey’s dedication and skill have earned him a partnership within the RPM family of restaurants. He now oversees chef teams nationwide across various RPM concepts, including RPM Italian, RPM Steak, RPM Seafood as well as Pizzeria Portofino and The Oakville. At Gus’ Sip & Dip, Broskey has crafted a menu of timeless tavern dishes that perfectly complements Beary’s cocktail program.
